Peer Exchange Partner NDA & Non-Compete Agreement

1. Confidentiality
Members of the Peer Exchange network agree to keep all information shared within the network strictly confidential. This includes but is not limited to: client names, project details, pricing, commercial arrangements, and technical information shared by other members.
2. Non-Solicitation
Members agree not to directly solicit or approach the clients, employees, or subcontractors of other Peer Exchange members introduced through the network, without the prior written consent of the introducing member.
3. Non-Compete
Members agree not to use information gained through the Peer Exchange network to directly compete with other members in their primary service territories, as defined at the time of introduction.
4. Pre-Agreed Rates
All work referred through the Peer Exchange network is conducted at the rates published in each member’s service listing profile. Members agree to honour these rates for work introduced through the network.
5. Duration
This agreement remains in force for the duration of membership and for a period of 24 months following termination of membership.
6. Acceptance
By registering as a Peer Exchange member and checking the agreement box during registration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this NDA and Non-Compete Agreement.
